1. Product purpose
NextDose is provided by Xelseor LLC as a medication reminder and timing tracker. It is intended to help users record when a medication was taken and view when the next dose becomes available based on the schedule the user enters.
NextDose is not a dosage calculator, not a medical device, and not a source of medical advice.
2. No medical advice
NextDose does not tell users what medication to take, how much to take, or whether a dose is medically appropriate. Users remain responsible for following the instructions from their doctor, pharmacist, discharge paperwork, or prescription label.
If there is any conflict between the app and medical instructions, the medical instructions control.
3. User-entered information
NextDose relies on information entered by the user. The user is responsible for entering medication names, amounts, and timing schedules correctly and for reviewing logged dose history for accuracy.
Xelseor LLC does not warrant that user-entered information is complete, correct, or medically appropriate.
4. Availability and reminders
Any “ready,” “not ready,” or “next dose available” status is based on the timing data stored in the app. Those statuses are informational only.
Reminder delivery may depend on device settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, system behavior, and other factors outside Xelseor LLC’s control.
5. No warranty for medical outcomes
NextDose is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Xelseor LLC disclaims warranties regarding medical safety, medical accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a medical purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xelseor LLC will not be liable for medical outcomes, treatment decisions, missed doses, delayed doses, incorrect user entries, missed reminders, or other damages arising from use of or inability to use NextDose.
7. Acceptable use
Users may use NextDose only for lawful personal use with the product’s intended functionality. Users may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
8. Changes
Xelseor LLC may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page before publication of the related product changes.
